Products once purchased cannot be returned, however one can initiate an exchange in case of receiving a defective product within 2 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@horoculture.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Unboxing video recommended to exchange the defective product(s).
After receiving the product(s) back from the customer, the product goes through a detailed examination. And we may reserve the right to decline the exchange under the following cases.
1. If the product(s) is being returned after being used.
2. If the product(s) is being returned due to minor wear and tear after usage.
3. If the packaging sent for return is not the original and complete packaging sent with the product(s) at the time of purchase.
After meeting our exchange policy requirements. The replacement will then be processed within the next 5 days.
Exchanges are subject to product availability, under any circumstances if the replacement product cannot be delivered, amount equal to the purchase amount will be transferred to you as store credit.
